Based in Teignmouth, Dart Mortgages was founded by Russell Hailstone in 1997. The business was established to provide a personal service, putting our clients first. For over 25 years the business has supported thousands of clients and developed relationships with the numerous lenders and financial services providers to offer the best possible advice and service to clients new and old.
